The Hood

Wil and I don't have TV, so we tend to get most of our news updates from all 23498572 of our social media outlets. We didn't hear about Hurricane Sandy until Thursday of last week and by then, all of the water and other hurricane essentials were sold out at all our local grocery stores. Instead of trying to find provisions for the next week, we decided to spend our Sunday walking through our neighborhood and taking pictures. Who needs clean liquid and non-perishable food products when you have photographic proof of The World Before Frankenstorm.

This is the only fall foliage I'm going to get this year. There were two trees that looked like they were on fire outside of my building, but those pretty leafs will be long gone after this storm.
