This weekend is going to be a busy one. Wil and I are hosting a holiday party here at our little apartment and since my guy has class on Saturday morning, guess who's solely responsible for getting everything ready to go? Yep, that'd be me. It's a good thing that I like to cook and entertain because I know many people who dread quantity cooking.
Not all of our guests are as health conscious as we are, so I had a bit of a hard time coming up with a dinner menu that will appeal to everyone invited. It took me a couple of hours putzing around on Pinterest (pity me), but I think I've finally nailed down the dishes.

I'm making these, but using a recipe from this book. Best of both worlds. |

I may even add the croutons in for my guests. We'll see... |

If anyone has any tips on how to convince old folks that London Broil is SUPPOSED to be pink in the middle, please leave them in the comments section. |

I want to make those brownie trees for my Christmas get-together! My friends want to decorate sugar cookies but I am having a hard time finding a decent, easy GF recipe. Thanks :)
Those Brownies look delish! Can't wait to see you:)
Bacon wrapped asparagus is the greatest thing on earth! Yum!
